Rao and Shri Jayantibhai Patel. Under this educational trust, several colleges, schools, and hostels were founded to serve the community.

One of the prominent institutions under this Mandal is Smt. B.C.J. College of Education, established in 1969. Currently, 101 students are enrolled in the teacher training program, which prepares educators for secondary and higher secondary levels. The college is affiliated with Sardar Patel University and focuses on providing both theoretical knowledge and practical training through lessons, micro-teaching sessions, and block teaching. Co-curricular activities are also regularly organized to support holistic development.

Located in a spacious, academic-oriented campus in a pollution-free and green environment, the college is proud to be a leading educational center in the region. Admissions are conducted through Centralized Admission Committee by the Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS) strictly on merit. The academic staff actively contributes to curriculum development at the university level.

To foster an interactive learning environment, the college regularly organizes participatory programs, providing opportunities for both trainees and teacher educators to engage and collaborate. Remedial and bridge courses are offered for academic support, and continuous feedback is collected from school heads, academic peers, and employers to improve the teaching program.

Teacher educators conduct team teaching and organize workshops focused on interactive teaching methods, action research, micro-teaching, PowerPoint presentations, and the development of lesson plans. The college is equipped with an Overhead Projector (OHP), and transparencies are prepared as needed.

The institution is led by a Ph.D. holder, and the entire teaching staff is actively involved in research. The college encourages research by offering study leave, secretarial support, and flexible teaching schedules.
